About the Role
As a Software Engineer - New Grad, you’ll work on impactful projects that reach millions of users. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build scalable software solutions.
- Participate actively in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure systems are reliable, performant, and scalable to support growing user needs.
- Take ownership of projects, learning both technical leadership and project management skills.
- Contribute to open-source initiatives and new prototypes to push innovation forward.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science (or related field) by Summer 2026 or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience programming through coursework, side projects, or internships. (Languages commonly used include Java, Ruby, JavaScript, Scala, and Go—strong fundamentals are prioritized over specific language expertise).
- Exposure to collaborative coding projects, either academic or professional.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar systems quickly and work effectively with mentors and subject-matter experts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialized knowledge in one or more areas (e.g., frontend frameworks, distributed systems, or backend infrastructure).
- Familiarity with code review practices and safe production updates.
- Experience working with or navigating large codebases.
Work Model
This is a hybrid role, requiring at least part-time in-office collaboration depending on the team and location. Some roles may require higher in-office presence to support workflows and user-facing operations.
