Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using Node.js and React frameworks.
• Contribute to the design and development of AI-assisted systems that deliver measurable value across our products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features and functionalities, ensuring seamless integrations.
• Create and manage databases using DynamoDb and Redis, optimising data models for efficiency and performance.
• Deploy applications and services on AWS, monitoring and troubleshooting as needed.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other issues to maintain a reliable and secure system.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, bringing in new ideas and technologies to improve development processes.
• Investigate and debug production issues reported by users or identified through monitoring tools.
• Analyse logs, metrics, and system behaviour to identify the root cause of issues affecting application performance or functionality.
• Implement and deploy immediate fixes or workarounds to mitigate critical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
  
  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent work experience).
• Solid expertise in Data structures and Algorithms.
• Strong practical experience with modern AI tools, frameworks, and agent-based architectures.
• Solid expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in Node. JS and NoSQL databases.
• Strong proficiency in React JS and/or React Native.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS (EC2 ECS, Cognio, SNS).
• Experience with version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently without supervision and adapt/learn new technologies quickly.
