About the Role
We are looking for passionate Software Engineers with 1-2 years of hands-on experience across modern JavaScript frameworks and AI-assisted development tools. You will work closely with our engineering team to build scalable web applications, implement high-quality frontend and backend features, and leverage AI tools to accelerate development.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using React or Next.js on the frontend. Knowledge
• of Angular will be a plus.
• Build and maintain backend micro services using Node.js and Express (Node.js experience is a
• must).
• Experience with MongoDB for database development and queries.
• Experience deploying or managing applications on AWS EC2.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver user-friendly features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
• Use AI coding assistants such as Cursor AI, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Grok, and others to improve
• development speed and code quality.Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance.

Must-Have Skills

• 1–2 years of professional software engineering experience in web application development.
• Hands-on experience with React.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js (mandatory) and Express for backend microservices.
• Practical experience with MongoDB for database queries and development.
• Experience deploying or managing applications on AWS EC2.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend/backend workflows.
• Ability to work with AI coding tools such as Cursor AI, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Grok, etc.
• Good debugging skills and familiarity with REST APIs and application architecture.
• Proficiency in Git and collaborative development practices.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS).
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
• Basic understanding of DevOps tooling.
