About the role:

Gartner is looking for a passionate and creative full-stack Software Engineer eager to work with multiple technologies and develop innovative integration products that align with the company's long-term business goals. The team will be tasked with delivering new integrations using cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with other IT partners to ensure smooth execution.

What you will do:

• Join a dynamic new team of software engineers, test engineers, and operations personnel.
• Collaborate with team leads to assess existing systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment alongside passionate technology experts.
• Develop and deploy React JS and Spring Boot applications that integrate with NoSQL DynamoDB and various AWS services.
• Adhere to design, documentation, and coding standards, and actively participate in code reviews.
• Continuously tackle challenges to craft secure and straightforward solutions.
• Develop robust integration solutions that ensure massive scalability and high performance.
• Bring elegant and modern UX designs to life.

Strong IT professional with 2-4yrs of experience in software development using ReactJS and Java technologies. The candidate should have strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills along with high ownership and accountability.

Must have:

• 2+ yrs of relevant experience in Core Java using J2EE, Spring Boot/Batch frameworks
• 1+ yrs of relevant experience in building world class UI using React JS
• 1+ yrs of experience in AWS Services like EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, Cloud Watch, Scheduler
• 1+ yrs of experience with database technologies like DynamoDB, PostgresSQL,SQL Server, Oracle
• Experience working with consumption/creation of Restful APIs
• Familiar with tools like Jenkins, Splunk, Kibanna, ArgoCD
• Strong understanding of OOPS design principles and distributed systems
• Good understanding of security best practices
  
  

• Experience in cloud platforms like AWS/Azure is good to have
• Experience in integrations and handling bulk data volumes
• Exposure to Python, RUST or Go Lang
• Experience with Jenkins and Git or similar automation/repository management tools
• Exposure to AI tools such as Claude, Amazon Bedrock etc.
  
  

• Graduate/Postgraduate in BE/BTech, ME/MTech or MCA is preferred
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills
• 1-2 years of experience developing customer facing products or web applications
• Able to work independently or within a team proactively in a fast-paced AGILE-SCRUM environment
• Owns success – Takes responsibility for successful delivery of the solutions
• Strong desire to improve upon their skills in software development, frameworks, and technologies
