What You'll Do:
🎯 Design and develop scalable software applications
🛠️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
📊 Troubleshoot and debug applications for optimal performance
🔄 Maintain code quality through unit testing and code reviews
📈 Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
🤝 Participate in Agile methodologies and contribute to sprint planning

What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum 4 year exp in Core Java: Strong proficiency in Java 17+ with deep understanding of OOP, collections, concurrency, and multithreading; Spring Framework: Spring Boot 3.x, Spring Security (OAuth2), Spring Data JPA, WebFlux,AOP; Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, JPA/Hibernate, HikariCP, query optimization
✅ Caching: Redis and distributed caching strategies
✅ Good experience on Webengage, Lambda Test
✅Build Tools: Maven, Testing: TestNG, JUnit, Mockito
✅Good to Have: MongoDB, Apache Kafka for event-driven architecture and high through put messaging.
✅ Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
