As a Software Engineer, You Will Be Responsible For

• Improving components supporting one of the largest distributed Content Delivery Networks globally.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement innovative features efficiently and effectively.
• Ensuring successful deployment and rollout of features throughout the global network.
• Ensuring exceptional code quality, scalability, and optimal performance in all development processes and implementations.
• Identifying bottlenecks and optimizing systems through improved algorithms, efficient data structures, and adherence to industry best practices.
  
  

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 1.5+ years of software development experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field.
• Demonstrate expertise in C++ programming, emphasizing writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Demonstrate expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms while possessing foundational knowledge of Linux internals.
• Possess development experience in multithreading, concurrent request handling, socket programming, IPC mechanisms, and memory management.
• Demonstrate knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Utilize debugging and profiling tools like gdb, Perf, or equivalent to identify and resolve software performance issues effectively.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities with effective communication and collaboration expertise.
