Software Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a full-stack engineer with strong backend fundamentals and hands-on cloud experience. You will design and ship scalable services, own infrastructure on AWS, and contribute to both web and mobile product surfaces.

What You'll Do

• Design and maintain microservices using Node.js and Express, with message queues for reliable async processing
• Own backend architecture — API design, database schema, and service communication
• Build React-based web features and contribute to React Native mobile apps
• Deploy and scale services on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, SES) with attention to performance and cost
• Integrate third-party APIs, OAuth/JWT authentication, and ElasticSearch
• Use Python for scripting, automation, and GenAI-based backend enhancements
• Write clean, reviewed, well-documented code

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of backend experience with Node.js and REST API design
• Solid understanding of OOP principles and software architecture
• Hands-on AWS experience — EC2, S3, RDS, SES or equivalents
• Proficiency with MySQL and MongoDB
• Working knowledge of React.js; React Native is a plus
• Familiarity with Docker, Jenkins, and Git
• Python scripting experience; ML/AI integration exposure is a bonus
• B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent

Good to Have

• Blockchain / Solidity experience
• ElasticSearch or full-text search implementation
• Open-source contributions
• Flutter or cross-platform mobile development
• GenAI / LLM integration work
