About the Role:
Navtech is looking for enthusiastic and self-driven freshers with a strong interest in Python programming to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for candidates who have completed internships, academic projects, or hands-on training in Python development and are eager to build a career in software engineering.
Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn new technologies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
You will also get the opportunity to work on ERPNext-based projects and gain hands-on exposure to the Python Frappe Framework ecosystem while collaborating with experienced development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining Python-based applications
2. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code under the guidance of senior developers
3. Work on APIs, backend services, and application integrations
4. Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance improvements
5. Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, and product teams
6. Learn and adapt to modern development practices and tools
7. Contribute to internal projects, automation tasks, and AI-driven applications as required
8. Work on ERPNext customizations, modules, and business applications
9. Learn and contribute to applications built using the Python Frappe Framework
10. Assist in developing workflows, APIs, reports, and backend features within ERPNext projects

- The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 1. Good knowledge of Python programming
- 2. Understanding of programming fundamentals, OOPs, and data structures
- 3. Familiarity with APIs, databases, and backend development concepts
- 4. Basic knowledge of SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL preferred
- 5. Understanding of Git/version control is an added advantage
- 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 7. Good communication skills and a strong learning attitude
- 8. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 9. 2025/2026 graduates preferred
- 10. Internship experience, academic projects, or certification projects in Python preferred
