For most consumer brands, selling online is the easy part. The chaos starts after the order is placed, when every order has to reach the right customer on time across ecommerce, quick commerce, and retail, through a tangle of carriers and systems that were never built to work together.

Openleaf automates that mess. Our platform connects brands to a wide network of carriers through a single integration, automates order and post order operations, and plugs into the ERPs they already use, so they ship faster and their ops teams stop firefighting.

We are early, we move fast, and what we build reaches real customers within days.

What you'll do

• Build and ship the backend services that run a brand's entire operation: fast, reliable, and secure.
• Own your code end to end, from writing and testing to deploying and keeping it healthy in production.
• Find the real root cause when something breaks, and fix it properly instead of patching over it.
• Build the shared libraries and tooling that help the whole team move faster.

What we're looking for

• Around 3 or more professional years of writing production-grade backend code.
• Hands-on experience building cloud-native, event-driven services in Go and/or Node.js, with containers.
• Strong on data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and clean architecture (SOLID, TDD, BDD).
• Scalable database design in PostgreSQL, plus Redis for caching and performance.
• Comfortable with REST APIs, GitHub or GitLab, and CI/CD tools like Kubernetes, ArgoCD, or Jenkins.
• You thrive in a fast-moving startup where priorities shift often.

• Compensation: ₹12–15 LPA + equity
• Work schedule: 6 days a week
