Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:
• Provide guidance to the development team, including mentoring junior developers and leading architecture design discussions.
• Drive innovation by introducing new technologies and methodologies to enhance product quality.
• Project Management:
• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and provide regular updates on project status.
• Technical Delivery:
• Lead the development of complex software solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams for timely resolution.
• Quality Assurance:
• Implement quality assurance processes and conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Client Interaction:
• Act as a point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth.
• Continuous Learning:
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies, sharing knowledge with the team and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.

Work Requirements:

• Work in General Shift (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM) OR UK Shift (2:30 PM to 11:00 PM)
• Work from office in Tambaram, Chennai

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,080,000.00 per year

• Perungudi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
