Software Engineer – Full Stack

Task Harmony is on a mission to transform how freight forwarders and logistics teams operate - building AI agents for the globally critical yet underserved Logistics industry.

Our founding team has led impactful work at Google, Microsoft, and GoKwik, with strong roots in IIT Bombay and BITS Pilani. We're building fast and growing faster, and we’re now looking for a driven engineer to join us at this early stage.

This isn’t a role where you’re a small cog in a large machine. Here, you’ll work directly with the founders, take complete ownership of what you build, and have the chance to grow into a Founding Engineer as the company scales.

• Location: Bangalore – Electronic City (Work From Office, 5 days a week)
• Contract: 3 months full-time, extendible based on performance
• Experience: 2–3 years
• Compensation (Contract): ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month

Core Tech

• Proficient in Python & JavaScript
• Exposure to Node.js, FastAPI, React.js, Next.js
• Familiarity with Git for version control
• Solid understanding of SQL databases and query optimisation
• Comfort with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

AI & Tools

• Experienced with coding IDEs like Cursor & Claude Code
• Power User with ChatGPT / Perplexity or similar AI assistants
• Awareness of cost vs speed trade-offs across LLMs

Product Mindset

• Ability to translate customer problems into working code with empathy for the user
