Experience: 2+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement mid- to large-scale projects from conception to completion.
• Adapt software engineering best practices to fit the unique needs of each project.
• Demonstrate solutions through documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and clean code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve performance and reliability.
• Document and maintain software functionality for long-term sustainability.
• Take ownership of technical decisions and contribute to overall architectural direction.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, maintaining professionalism, tact, and a focus on team growth.
  
  

Requirements

• 1+ years of programming experience in ASP.NET (C# or VB.NET), including MVC and Web API.
• Strong coding skills, preferably in .NET technologies (or willingness to transition to .NET). If on another technology, should be willing to switch to .NET.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices, including version control, code reviews, build processes, and testing.
• Experience with any scripting language like JavaScript, TypeScript.
  
  

Additional Skills & Knowledge

• Familiar with UI technologies, preferably Angular or ReactJS.
• Experience with code repository tools like GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools such as Copilot or similar.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Azure ecosystem is a plus.
• Experience working in fast-paced Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, collaborative mindset.
• Passion for delivering high-quality software with an Agile and continuous improvement mindset.
