Job Title: Software Engineer 1 – Frontend

Location: Chennai (WFO)

Experience: 2–3 years

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user-facing features using React.js.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend teams to build modern, responsive web interfaces.
• Write well-structured, reusable, and efficient JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 code.
• Implement and manage state using libraries such as Redux/ToolKit and Context API (mandatory).
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high code quality.
• Identify and resolve UI/UX, performance, and cross-browser issues.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years' hands-on experience in frontend development, specifically with React.js.
• Strong knowledge of and practical experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Familiarity with consuming RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Experience using Git for version control.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  
  

Good to Have

• Experience with UI testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of UI performance optimization.
• Experience in agile product development environments.
