Position Title: Software Engineer I – React Native
Location: Jaipur
About the Role:
We are looking for a Software Engineer I with 1–3 years of experience in React Native development. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building high-performance mobile applications, follow secure coding standards, and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Core Requirements (Must-Haves):
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in React Native development
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, OOPs concepts, and mobile app lifecycle
- Familiarity with GIT/SVN for version control
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles, app performance tuning, and memory optimization
- Ability to create and integrate custom React Native components
- Exposure to secure coding practices and mobile platform standards
- Experience implementing error handling and logging strategies
- Working knowledge of native Android or iOS development is a plus
Additional Skills (Good-to-Haves):
- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting in mobile environments
- Understanding of design patterns and clean code principles
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to problem-solving across the team
- Enthusiastic about exploring new tools, libraries, and technologies
- Familiarity with delivery feasibility assessments and agile development processes
- Ability to use compiler warning levels effectively and eliminate potential code issues
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and maintain React Native-based mobile applications
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver quality releases
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and security practices
- Integrate third-party APIs and native components as needed
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
