Key Deliverables (Duties and Responsibilities)
- Design and develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other Workday tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Analyze requirements, identify potential technical challenges, and propose feasible solutions.
- Perform unit testing and peer reviews to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with best practices.
- Provide support during product testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Follow established change management processes and deploy enhancements to production environments.
- Present solution demos to stakeholders, security teams, and architecture review boards.
- Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable resolutions.
Functional Skills
- Experience in Workday Security and Reporting with a focus on compliance and governance.
- Deep understanding of Workday Core HCM business processes (hire, termination, job change, compensation, etc.) and ability to configure/optimize them to meet business needs.
- Proven experience in end-to-end Workday integration lifecycle (requirement gathering, design, build, testing, deployment, and support)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with proven ability to engage end users, stakeholders, and management effectively.
- Proficient in developing and delivering solutions within Agile Scrum methodology.
- 4–8 years of overall Workday implementation experience, including at least 3 years in Workday Integrations.
- Hands-on expertise in designing and building **inbound and outbound integrations** using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
- Skilled in **XSLT transformations** for data formatting and mapping.
- Proficient in Workday integration tools, APIs, and frameworks to support scalable and secure solutions.
- Reports to: Associate Director – HRIT
- Partners: HR Functions, Senior HR leaders and cross-functional teams.
