About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and creative UX Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on designing and implementing user-centric interfaces for Magento-based eCommerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in front-end frameworks such as React or Angular and will be proficient in developing responsive, visually appealing layouts using HTML and CSS.

Responsibilities

Magento Store Development:

• Collaborate with the development team to design, build, and maintain Magento stores. Implement custom UI/UX solutions tailored to deliver exceptional user experiences within Magento environments.
  
  

Front-End Frameworks Integration

• Develop interactive, component-based UI elements using modern front-end frameworks (React or Angular). Ensure smooth integration of these components with the Magento architecture.
  
  

HTML/CSS Development

• Create responsive and mobile-first designs using HTML5 and CSS3. Optimize website performance and maintain cross-browser compatibility.
  
  

UX Design & Research

• Translate user research and business requirements into engaging design concepts and prototypes. Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
  
  

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver cohesive design solutions. Offer technical insights and recommend best practices in front-end development within a Magento framework.
  
  

Quality Assurance

• Test and validate UI components to ensure consistency with design specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve any front-end-related issues promptly.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of Software Engineering experience
• BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required
  
  

Magento Expertise

• Basic understanding of Magento’s front-end architecture and best practices for integration.
  
  

Proficiency In Front-End Frameworks

• Experience with React or Angular.
  
  

HTML/CSS Proficiency

• Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design techniques.
  
  

UX/UI Design Capabilities

• Ability to design intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Familiarity with prototyping tools and methodologies for user testing.
  
  

General Skills

• Effective problem-solving and strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with version control systems such as Git is a plus.
