Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate as a start-up within a highly influential InsurTech company
- Drive engineering best practices such as TDD and GitOps
- Actively contribute to the architecture and design of the product
- Develop and ship scalable and cloud-native software systems
- Create and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS, Kubernetes, and IaC
- Employ Machine Learning and AI to improve user experience

Skills Required:

- An attitude for learning, sharing, innovation, and helping others succeed
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a software developer or system engineer
- Strong programming experience in Java, Go, Python, or any high-level language
- Proficiency in public cloud technologies (AWS preferred), containerization, Kubernetes, CI/CD systems, and DevOps practices
Education: B.Tech or M.Tech degree in Computer Science or equivalent
