Software Engineer III (Oracle PL/SQL)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer with strong Front-end skills in JavaScript and HTML. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain database-driven applications, integrating PL/SQL logic with modern web interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Create and maintain database schemas, indexes, and performance tuning.
• Develop web-based UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Integrate Front-end applications with Oracle Database using APEX, REST APIs, or MLE (Multi-Language Engine).
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application and database issues.
• Collaborate with business analysts and UI/UX designers to deliver user-friendly solutions.
• Ensure code quality, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
  
  

• 6- 9 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL tuning and query optimization.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Oracle APEX or Oracle MLE for integrating JavaScript with PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with RESTful Web services and JSON/XML data handling.
• Understanding of web security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
  

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related area
