Overview
We're seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)/QA who will be instrumental in driving high-quality releases through automation and testing best practices. You'll work closely with the product, design, and engineering teams to ensure that every feature works seamlessly for our users.

- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automated test frameworks for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with developers to design testable code and identify risks early in the development lifecycle.
- Build and manage CI/CD test pipelines to ensure continuous delivery with high confidence.
- Write and maintain comprehensive test cases, test plans, and test data for functional, integration, performance, and regression testing.
- Perform manual exploratory testing for critical features and new releases as needed.
- Track and report quality metrics, and help diagnose and resolve test failures.
- Own the end-to-end quality process across multiple product teams.
- Advocate for a culture of engineering excellence, quality, and testability.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in software testing or QA automation.
- Proficient in writing automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or equivalent.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and agile practices.
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar.
- Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (e. g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Knowledge of mobile testing for Android/iOS is a plus.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA and test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or similar.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a startup environment.
- Experience working in fintech, gaming, or consumer-facing platforms.
- Familiarity with performance/load testing tools (e. g., JMeter, Gatling, Locust).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Security testing experience is a bonus.
