Required Skills:

• Strong fundamentals in Python
• Understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Strong debugging and problem-solving ability
• High attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced startup environment

What You’ll Be Building:

• Backend APIs using FastAPI
• Features in a production-grade Next.js frontend
• Data pipelines that process and structure bill data
• Integrations that push structured bill data into accounting systems (e.g., Tally)
• Improve performance, reliability, and edge-case handling
• You will ship real features used by customers.

Nice to Have

• Experience with FastAPI or Django
• Experience with JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks (React/Next.js preferred)
• Exposure to LLM APIs (OpenAI, etc.)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP/AWS)

Interview Process Our selection process is designed to assess both technical expertise and cultural alignment:

• Initial Conversation (30 minutes): Introduction, career aspirations, and behavioural assessment.
• Group Technical & Case Study Assessment (60 minutes): Evaluation of problem-solving, system design,workflows, pipelines and applied coding through a structured case study.
• Final Discussion (30 minutes): Role expectations, collaboration style, and growth opportunities.
