Required Skills

• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python
• Good understanding of React/NextJs and modern frontend architecture
• Understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture
• Experience or familiarity with Next.js
• Basic understanding of FastAPI and backend API development
• Understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Strong debugging and problem-solving ability
• High attention to detail and UI consistency
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced startup environment

What You’ll Be Building

• Production-grade features in a Next.js frontend
• Responsive and intuitive UI components used by real customers
• Backend APIs using FastAPI
• Frontend integrations with backend APIs and intelligent agents
• Data pipelines that process and structure bill data
• Integrations that push structured bill data into accounting systems such as Tally
• Reusable component systems and optimized frontend architecture
• Improve performance, reliability, responsiveness, and edge-case handling
• Collaborate closely across frontend, backend, and AI workflows to ship end-to-end features
• You will ship real features used by customers.

Nice to Have

• Experience with React/Next.js and Tailwind CSS
• Experience with FastAPI or Django
• Experience with JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks
• Exposure to LLM APIs such as OpenAI
• Understanding of state management and frontend performance optimization
• Knowledge of cloud or deployment platforms such as Vercel, GCP, or AWS

Interview Process

Our selection process is designed to assess both technical expertise and cultural alignment:

• Initial Conversation (30 minutes): Introduction, career aspirations, and behavioural assessment.
• Group Technical & Case Study Assessment (120 minutes): Evaluation of problem-solving, system design,workflows, pipelines and applied coding through a structured case study.
• Final Discussion (30 minutes): Role expectations, collaboration style, and growth opportunities.
