Role Description:
· Design the software system, describing the specifications in technical terms:
o Select algorithms, theories or technologies that will be used.
o Identify and manage dependencies with other components.
o Document these selections in a PES (Product Enhancement Specification Document)
- Develop and implement new functionalities described in PES:
o Code, compile and run unit tests according to Implement processes and Metrics
o Check the progress of dependencies with other components.
- Ensure knowledge sharing within the team about the developments.
- Regularly run lessons learned and RCA to identify areas for code quality or software performances improvement.
- Propose solutions to resolve quality issues (backlog management)
- Technological intelligence:
o Keep abreast of the latest technological developments, understand the requirements of our development partners, know about competing products, look ahead for future products, technologies, languages, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science/IT, or equivalent.
- Solid programming skills with Core JAVA, and C++.
- Clear understanding of data structures & algorithms.
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.
- Curiosity and a desire to learn new concepts and skills.
- Possess an inquisitive and detail orientated mindset.
