Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and maintain LIMS applications to optimize laboratory operations and workflows.
• Ensure full GxP compliance, laboratory security standards, and adherence to organizational IT policies.
• Collaborate with laboratory, QA, and IT teams to gather requirements and create scalable software solutions.
• Design and implement LabVantage SDMS handler functionality, including system and data integrations.
• Conduct testing and validation of laboratory systems to guarantee reliability, accuracy, and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain documentation including software design specifications, SOPs, and validation documents.
• Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain secure version control using GitHub.
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive measures (CAPA).
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating new technologies and enhancing existing workflows.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of laboratory domain workflows and regulatory requirements
• Hands-on experience with LabVantage LIMS and SDMS modules
• Knowledge of GxP and security-compliant software development
• Ability to write, review, and execute validation documentation & SOPs
• Experience using GitHub for version control and collaboration
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional technical and laboratory teams

Education: Any Graduation / Any Post-Graduation
