As a Python Developer you are fostering technical excellence and innovation by delivering valuable solutions ensuring MIC‘s services stay competitive and market-relevant!
- Pars and transform data from various sources (websites, files, APIs) into JSON format and deliver it to cross-functional teams for downstream applications
- Develop and maintain data parsing pipelines using Python
- Scrape data from structured and unstructured web sources
- Store, transform, and manage data mainly in SQL
- Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and timeliness in delivery
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python development
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with web scraping frameworks (e.g., Scrapy, BeautifulSoup, Selenium, requests)
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Familiarity with JSON, REST APIs, data serialization, Git/ GitHub version control workflows
- Proficient in Linux/Unix environments or Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, team player
- Ability to work independently and in international teams
- Proficient in English (spoken & written)
