Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute during the inception phase of projects – gathering requirements, suggesting suitable technologies, and planning releases.
- Design, implement, and maintain applications using the Mendix platform and related technologies (PHP/SQL).
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into application features.
- Actively research and stay updated on current software trends to drive innovation.
- Design, implement, and support scalable, cloud-based solutions and applications.
- Evaluate and reuse components from existing applications; reprogram, update, and add features as necessary.
- Draft documentation to represent applications and processes clearly.
- Ensure continuous maintenance and improvement of applications.
- Promote and uphold agile development principles and methodologies.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional, international team for effective development and delivery.
- Promote robust testing practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
- Hands-on experience in Low Code/No Code platforms, specifically Mendix.
- Strong knowledge of browsers and web technologies, with proficiency in PHP and SQL.
- Proven experience in new product development and agile environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team across multiple geographies.
