We’re seeking a versatile and automation-driven Software Engineer to join our dynamic technology team. This role is ideal for engineers who are equally passionate about scalable web development, seamless Salesforce integrations, and engineering process efficiency through automation. You’ll play a central role in designing end-to-end solutions that power business transformation—from building high-performance applications to orchestrating intelligent, automated workflows.
What You’ll Be Doing
End-to-End Application Development
Build responsive and scalable web applications using Python, JavaScript (Node.js, React.js), HTML5, and CSS3.
Design and manage robust data models using SQL, MongoDB, and other NoSQL databases.
Collaborate across teams to gather requirements, define architecture, and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
Automation & Continuous Delivery
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines that support automated builds, tests, and deployments using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
Implement automation strategies to streamline testing, monitoring, and deployment processes.
Promote Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to support dynamic infrastructure provisioning.
Salesforce Customization & Integration
Extend Salesforce functionality using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Integrate Salesforce with custom applications and third-party services through RESTful APIs.
Automate workflows and data exchange between Salesforce and external platforms.
Performance, Security & Optimization
Continuously optimize existing applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Conduct root-cause analysis and resolve performance bottlenecks in code, queries, or infrastructure.
Collaboration & Mentorship
Contribute to Agile ceremonies and foster cross-functional alignment with product, design, and QA teams.
Share technical insights and mentor junior engineers in best practices across automation, development, and Salesforce architecture.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Have Skills
4–10 years of experience in full stack software development and automation engineering.
Strong hands-on experience in Python, JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Node.js), HTML5, and CSS3.
Deep proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB.
Proven expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Solid knowledge of Salesforce development, including LWC, Apex, and system integrations.
Experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and secure data transfer.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a growth mindset.
Preferred
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Understanding of Agile workflows and DevOps principles.
Awareness of security best practices in web and Salesforce environments.
