Software Engineer – Tester

Your Role

In this full-time role, you will work closely with our software development team that creates advanced web-based software!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute both manual and automated test cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Create and maintain automation frameworks and scripts.
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and system testing.
• Document test results, log defects, and track their resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in testing processes and practices.
• Communicate with clients, developers and other stakeholders effectively to perform the job

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
• Familiarity with test management tools
• Experience in API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
• Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to have Skills:

• Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration with testing tools.
• Exposure to performance and security testing is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud environments
