Description and Requirements
Someone with good hands-on exposure to design, develop and implement CCM solution primarily Quadient. Has thorough understanding of different types of document such as Contracts, Benefit summary, legal documentation, proposals and letters, preferably from Insurance/Banking domain. Someone who can work independently under minimal guidance and be a team player. One should be open for learning new technologies/tools
- Customer Communication Management (CCM) Specialist involves design, develop and Implementing Customer Communication solution using Quadient Inspire.
- Develop and Maintain templates, Document Layouts, Data Input, and dynamic Content on Quadient Inspire designer/Interactive platform.
- Create/Design inspire scalar workflow with various input and output modules like HTTP, MQ, Hot Folder, Http response, File Output, Message Queue Output etc.
- Implement multi-channel output solution with Mail, E-Mail, SMS, Archival for Personalized customer communications.
- Working experience in Inspire Digital Advantage Suites to create Mobile and Web Experience.
- Working experience with various types of files like JSON, XML, AFP’s, Postscripts, Flat files, PCL etc.
- Exposure to tools like SQL Studio, Postman, GitHub Co Pilot, Putty, WinSCP etc.
- Previous Scripting experience of Java, Python, Bash, or Power script is a plus.
- Knowledge of Additional CCM tools such as Open Text, Smart Comm could be beneficial.
- Certification in Quadient or Customer Communication Management is a plus.
