Additionally, you bring experience in collaborating with diverse teams across multiple time zones, ensuring effective communication and seamless coordination.

You will collaborate with the Cisco Commerce Engineering and Solution teams to develop comprehensive test plans, while working closely with Product Owners to gain a deep understanding of feature requirements and their broader impact on the system.

As a Software Test Lead, you will design and implement a comprehensive test execution plan for the Commerce Platform, providing estimates and prioritization for effective delivery. You will develop and execute test automation plans for Commerce applications while tracking and handling bugs using Jira tools. With a strong understanding of Quote-to-Order processes and SaaS technology platforms, you will use expertise in data analysis for analytics purposes. Your responsibilities include creating test plans to cover progression and regression test cases, tracking QA execution to ensure alignment with product release criteria, and sharing the vision and roadmap with internal and external audiences.

Minimum Qualifications :

• MS/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field required, with 8+ years of experience in software engineering
• Confirmed Expertise in Software quality assurance
• Experience in writing clear and comprehensive test plans
• Hands on experience with QA automation tools and technologies.
• Experience in regression and progression testing
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications :
