Software QA Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and maintain robust test scenarios, test cases, and automated scripts.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities in collaboration with the development team.
• Perform thorough testing of new features and integrations, as well as comprehensive regression and performance testing.
• Clearly document software defects with detailed steps for reproduction.
• Troubleshoot and analyze defects throughout the development lifecycle and in production.
• Execute and contribute to the improvement of QA processes within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Set up and maintain test environments, and actively work to expand test automation efforts.

​QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in related field such as computer science
• 2 years of QA experience
• Understanding of personas/test scenarios and cases
• Experience working with web application testing
• Exposure to different application components and test, staging and production environments
• Strong Communication Skills
• Understanding and ability to explain business logic

PREFERRED:

• ISTQB certification
• Experience with cross-device testing tools (e.g., BrowserStack) and automation frameworks (e.g., Katalon).
• Proven ability in performance/load testing methodologies.
• Solid understanding of database concepts and experience with Agile methodologies.
• Prior experience testing CRM, HR, or ERP software products.
• Demonstrated flexibility and resourcefulness in testing design and execution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
