Roles and Responsibilities:

• Program Management: Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, infrastructure, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment, clear requirements, and timely progress.
• Roadmap & Planning: Develop and maintain detailed program roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Risk Management: Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage changes in scope, schedule, or resources.
• Technical Understanding: Engage deeply with technical teams to understand architecture, development lifecycle, and dependencies.
• Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on project status, challenges, and key decisions.
• Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvements in program execution and delivery practices, including Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
