Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Software Support Executive to deploy our ERP software in printing businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for software setup, user training, troubleshooting, and customer support, ensuring smooth implementation and efficient usage. This role requires conducting offline training at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct ERP demos and training (both online & at client locations).
• Provide technical support and resolve software-related issues.
• Identify and report bugs to the development team.
• Assist clients with data import, system updates, and feature integration.
• Maintain documentation and FAQs for user reference.
• Gather client feedback to enhance the product.

Requirements:

• Immediate joiners preferred
• Willing to travel for on-site training (Male candidates preferred)
• Must be fluent in Malayalam, English & Hindi
• B.Tech/B.Sc Computer/BCA/MCA graduates preferred
• Freshera or 1 year experience in software support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & ERP systems
• Strong problem-solving & communication skills
