• We’re looking for a “Test Engineer” that will be responsible for Building scalable, automated test
  
  

frameworks, and test suites working across technologies for our Product development projects.

• As a Test Engineer, you’ll help the team throughout the project lifecycle, driving continuous
  
  

improvement across processes.

What will you do?

• Working closely with the development team to develop test cases for each functionality
• Overall delivery of the project from offshore and onshore team to manage the client
  
  

expectations for QA/Test Automation projects

• Designing workload based on NFRs, Developing a Test framework, and also the Automation Test
  
  

Framework.

• Analyzing test logs, creating test reports, test planning, test design, test strategy, and test
  
  

execution to coordinate with stakeholders

• Developing and maintaining the project’s software processes and coordinating the activities to
  
  

assess, develop, maintain and improve these processes

• Developing data-driven test automation scripts and executing performance and load testing of
  
  

client products.

Must-haves/You’re Good At

• Minimum 1 year of experience in designing and building test automation frameworks using tools
  
  

like Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, etc.

• Hands-on experience using Databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle for data extraction, and
  
  

data segmentation.

• Hands-on experience with Scripting Language like Python Script, Shell Script.
• Setup framework by own, take the high-level requirements, and independently complete test
  
  

development as per the defined processes.

• Experience in testing web applications (Dashboard Testing, Browser Compatibility, etc.).
• Ability to perform Regression Testing and Performance Constraint monitoring (CPU, Memory,
  
  

Resources).

• Proven track record of completing projects to specifications while dealing with challenges such
  
  

as cross-team dependencies, changing schedules, and constantly evolving requirements.

What does a typical day as Tester at WonderBiz look like?

• Morning Standup with the team to figure out achievements, dependencies & risks
• Call with the client for technical discussions
• Work hands-on and deliver a feature yourself – you don’t want to lose that touch.
• Trouble-shoot and solve problems for the team – remember, you’re a problem solver first.
