Job Title: Software Test Engineer
Location: Bhoopasandra, Hebbal, Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are hiring an experienced Software Test Engineer to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our web applications. You will work across manual, automation, API, and performance testing to deliver seamless, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute manual test cases for workflows, APIs, and integrations
- Build and maintain automation scripts (Selenium, Cypress, Postman) and integrate into CI/CD pipelines
- Perform performance testing with JMeter to identify bottlenecks and optimize applications
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and resolve defects
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in manual, automation, API, and performance testing
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, Selenium/Cypress, Postman, JMeter, and SQL
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps/Jenkins)
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
- ISTQB or similar certifications are a plus
