You will support automation efforts for applications that are core to banking functions, ensuring reliable and efficient digital experiences for our customers. Your work will directly influence the satisfaction of our banking customers.

Key Deliverables

• Contribute to automation and manual testing efforts and explore new test automation tools and methods.
• Lead, develop, monitor, and execute test activities.
• Convert requirements into test cases and automation scripts.
• Build and maintain mobile and web automation scripts.
• Execute and analyze test scenarios, report issues with detailed documentation.
• Collaborate with QA and development teams in an Agile environment.
• Contribute to test automation framework enhancements.
• Write and execute SQL queries for backend validation.

• Strong business knowledge of financial systems.

Technical Skills

• Selenium, Appium, Java, Python, SQL, Git, Jira, Jenkins, Confluence
• Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Basic understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies (TDD/BDD)
  
  

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Overall 2-4 years of experience in Automation Testing
• ISTQB/CTFL certification preferred.
• Previous experience or coursework in manual and automation testing.
• Prior experience in financial domain testing is mandatory.
  
  

Relationships & Collaboration

• Work with developers, business analysts, and QA team members.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospective meetings.
