We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Test Lead to join our QA team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in functional and automation testing and will lead a team to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Test Lead to join our QA team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in functional and automation testing and will lead a team to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of test strategies for functional and automation testing.
- Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define test requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Cypress, etc.).
- Perform hands-on testing, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Identify test data requirements and prepare test data as needed.
- Track, report, and manage defects through resolution.
- Proficient in Test Management, Stakeholder Management, Inter-group Coordination, Communication, Quality, and Measurements.
- Proficient in Web Application and API Testing.
- IVR Application understanding – Good to have.
- Mentor junior QA team members and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Continuously improve test processes and frameworks to enhance efficiency and coverage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
- Strong knowledge of functional testing methodologies and test case design techniques.
- Proven experience in automation testing frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
