Job Title: Software Tester – ERP Applications

Location: Ahmedabad (Hybrid)
Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST (Aligned with Canadian Time)
Working Days: 5.5 days/week (Half-day on Saturdays as per IST)
Work Mode: Hybrid – Minimum 2 days/week in-office for 2 hours; remaining work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a Software Tester to work on ERP applications that are implemented across international locations, including Canada. The role involves end-to-end quality assurance of ERP modules, ensuring stability, accuracy, and usability across platforms. The candidate must be fluent in English and capable of coordinating with cross-location teams effectively during Canadian working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and understand ERP system specifications and functional requirements
• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ERP modules
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Assist international teams in downloading, setting up, and validating ERP builds
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Trello, or ClickUp
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, vendors and support teams across different time zones
• Validate fixes and perform post-release testing
• Maintain detailed test documentation and QA reports
• Liaise with foreign stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in software testing (manual or automation), preferably in ERP or enterprise applications
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Bugzilla
• Ability to write detailed test cases and clear bug reports
• Basic understanding of software deployment and setup across systems
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to work in Canadian shift hours (6 PM to 3 AM IST)
• Ability to attend office twice a week for 2 hours, rest days WFH

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
