We’re Hiring: QA Team Lead (On-site Role)
Location: Kolkata

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive QA Team Lead to join our team in Kolkata. In this role, you’ll lead a group of talented QA engineers, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and guide the QA team to deliver high-quality software
• Design comprehensive test strategies and oversee execution across manual and automated testing
• Review technical documents to develop detailed test plans and cases
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools like Selenium, Postman, TestNG, and JMeter
• Monitor QA metrics and manage release readiness activities
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Continuously refine QA processes and promote best practices across the team

Who We’re Looking For:

• 5–6 years of overall QA experience, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership role
• Proficient with QA automation tools and testing frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with API testing and CI/CD pipeline integration

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
