Software Tester

Overview

Responsibilities

• Review software requirements and prepare detailed test scenarios
• Execute manual and automation tests to ensure software usability and performance
• Conduct logical testing to validate workflows and system behavior
• Analyze test results, identifying issues related to database impact, bugs, and user experience
• Document test procedures and generate detailed reports for internal teams
• Collaborate with the design and development teams during product design and review phases
• Communicate with clients to gather and understand product requirements
• Provide feedback on requirements, design, and potential risks during review meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manual and automation testing
• Hands-on experience with logical testing and software test design techniques
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, etc.)
• Good understanding of testing methodologies and compatibility testing
• Basic programming knowledge (preferred: Python, Java, or similar)
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
