Job Description:

As a Software Tester at InsightsE, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and efficacy of our product. The successful candidate will work alongside our dedicated team of developers and designers to help identify, document, and rectify any bugs, glitches, or problems with our software.

Responsibilities:

• Execute all levels of testing including functional, system, integration, and regression.
• Design and develop automation scripts where necessary.
• Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and other teams to understand product changes and review new functionality.
• Document testing phases and defects for future reference.
• Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing.
• Provide input in planning, estimation, and test case writing for new functionalities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• Proven experience as a Software Tester or similar role.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent understanding of software testing methodologies and procedures.
• Experience with automation testing/ load testing(Selenium, JMeter).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Job Type- Work from home

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
