Job Summary:
We are seeking a QA Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in both manual and automation testing for web, mobile, and API applications. The ideal candidate should have good hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, JMeter, or similar, and a strong understanding of manual testing processes, including test planning, test case design, and defect tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute manual test cases for functional, integration, regression, and system testing.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web, mobile, and APIs using tools like Selenium, Appium, Postman, JMeter, or similar.
• Prepare and maintain QA documentation such as:
• Test Plans
• Test Cases
• Test Scenarios
• Traceability Matrices
• Defect Reports
• Participate in requirement analysis and review meetings to ensure test coverage.
• Log and track bugs in tools like JIRA, and work with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
• Ensure test environments are properly set up for both manual and automated testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 2–4 years of experience in manual and automation testing.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as:
• Selenium (Web Testing)
• Appium (Mobile Testing)
• Postman, JMeter, or RestAssured (API & Performance Testing)
• Experience in preparing and executing QA documents: test plans, test cases, and reports.
• Good knowledge of bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Basic knowledge of programming/scripting in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Familiar with Git, CI/CD tools, and Agile development environments.
Nice to Have:
• Knowledge of BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Exposure to security or performance testing.
•
