Job Summary
We are looking for a proficient Manual and Playwright/Selenium Automation Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both manual and automated testing of our software applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Review software requirements and prepare test scenarios.
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on software requirements.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in software programs.
- Collaborate with software developers to diagnose and rectify issues discovered during testing.
- Improve and automate test procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of software testing.
- Participate in product design reviews to provide feedback on potential issues, risks, and usability.
- Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing to validate that requirements and specifications have been met.
- Evaluate new testing tools and methodologies to improve the efficiency of the testing process.
- Prepare reports on findings from the testing process to inform stakeholders and support decision-making.

Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing.
- Proven experience in both manual and automated testing.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Playwright or selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Experience with other automation tools (e.g., JIRA, TestNG, Jenkins).
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python)
- Experience with Bug Tracking tools , Regression testing
- Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Familiarity with API testing and other testing methodologies.
