Software Tester

Overview

T.E: 1.6 to 3 Years

Location: Mumbai (Malad West)

Duties and responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable automated test scripts for web and API testing.
• Collaborate with developers and QA team members to understand application features and requirements.
• Create and manage test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or Cypress.
• Conduct regression, integration, and performance testing using automation tools.
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Track and report bugs using issue tracking tools like Jira and Redmine.
• Optimize existing automation suites and improve test coverage and execution time.
• Document test results and prepare test reports for stakeholders.

Requires Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver with Java/Python/JavaScript.
• Experience with TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or Karate.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Experience with test case management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and working with databases.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
