Software Tester & Customer Support Executive

About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Test our web and mobile applications to identify bugs and usability issues.
2. Provide technical support to clients via email, chat, and remote sessions.
3. Report bugs clearly and verify fixes before software releases.
4. Assist with basic website updates using HTML, CSS, and WordPress.
5. Work closely with developers to improve product quality and user experience.
6. Create simple user guides and help documentation when required.

Other Requirements:

4. 4. Familiarity with software testing or bug reporting is an advantage.
5. 5. Knowledge of PHP or Laravel is a bonus, but not required.
