Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PMO to join our software testing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the software testing domain, with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for software testing projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Ensure effective communication and coordination among project teams.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure that testing activities meet established standards and requirements.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met. Manage team performance and provide guidance and support.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present project status reports, including progress, risks, and issues. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Experience: 6-7 years of experience in project management within the software testing domain.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a collaborative approach.
