Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Understanding complex project requirements and acquire knowledge on functionality in short period of time.
• Write technical specs and proof-read the technical documentation made by the team members
• Develop the solutions according to the technical specification by respecting the quality recommendations.
• Assist technical leader for design and estimate of the solution
• Perform code review, unit test and integration test audit.
• Implement the technical solution over different environments.
• Work in Agile development underlying CI&CD principles
• Connect with business partners on critical incidents, requests and provide technical solutions.
• Help the PO and the team in decomposing requirements into MVP then into user stories
• Predict functional dependencies between teams working on the same platform
• Understand technical constraints and participate to the product design

Development Experience

• Require more than 8 years related experience in COBOL Technology in Mainframe Environment Strong Experience in JCL, CICS, DB2
• Experience in tools like Endeavour
• Should have work experience in Agile model Ability to code independently
• Experience in DevOps would be an added advantage
• Experience in Topaz or any other similar IDEs would be an added advantage.
• Should have worked in Development, maintenance and enhancement projects
• Should be process oriented, with a clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and s/w configuration processes
• Should have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Should have good customer handling experience
• Experience on Trade Finance domain would be added bonus
