Responsibilities

Database Developer & Integrator

Purpose:

Ensure the accuracy and consistency of entitlement data between the Userdesk platform and target applications through automated reconciliation and detailed analysis. The role involves operating in a separate and isolated infrastructure, collecting data from multiple sources, writing reports, analyzing anomalies and identifying remedial solutions. It is key to the reliability and validity of access data, directly impacting the security and functionality of connected applications.

Responsibilities:

• Performs reconciliation of rights granted through Userdesk with those in the target applications.
• Utilizes a dedicated infrastructure, isolated from the Userdesk, for analysis operations and report generation.
• Connects to target application databases and extracts relevant rights and profile data.
• Writes SQL code to centralize data on an internal server, where data is processed and analyzed.
• Generates automated reports and emails them to IAM and Userdesk operations.
• Identifies and analyzes anomalies in rights allocation generated by Userdesk.
• Suggests technical and process solutions to correct rights allocation errors.
• Works accurately and is responsible for data consistency and accuracy in the Userdesk ecosystem.
• Collaborates with the technical team for data synchronization; he is the only one who has access into the production environment (from the technical team).

• Databases: SQL Server, MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL
• Languages used: SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL, report generation scripting
• Report automation and distribution: ETL, PowerShell, task scheduler, Microsoft Exchange
• Additional tools: Excel for analysis, isolated internal systems with access to multiple databases
