Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages such as Java, Go, Python, or Node.js.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), including understanding of their services for compute, storage, and networking.
• Deep understanding and practical experience with distributed systems architecture, including microservices, message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS), and resilient API design (RESTful, gRPC).
• Proficiency with various database technologies, including both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis).
• Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and robust version control systems (Git).
• Familiarity with observability tools for monitoring, logging, and tracing (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog).
• Strong grasp of system design principles, scalability, high availability, and security best practices for cloud-native applications.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

• 5+ years of software development experience, battling with products and/or SaaS services.

• Experience in complex, matrixed organizations has prepared you for the challenges of working across teams and projects.

• Successfully assembled and nurtured full-stack engineering teams, bringing out the best in each member.
