Roles & Responsibilities

• Azure Data engineer with 4-7 years of experience
• With added bandwidth; the team will offer weekend support in a 9*7 model to SD from existing 9*5 support model
• Scope of the support includes monitoring of existing pipelines; contribute in RCA and resolution of issues reported in the data pipeline
• Weekend support
• India team will follow Infogain India holiday calendar like original managed services model
• For mandatory holidays (refer to slide 7 for holiday list) will not be available for support; team will provide support to ensure business continuity
