Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Angular Developer with strong backend expertise in Java & Spring Boot, to join our dynamic team in Pune. This is a senior-level role, ideal for candidates with 8+ years of hands-on experience who are confident in working independently on complex applications, client communication, requirement gathering, and guiding junior team members when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable front-end applications using Angular (latest versions), ensuring high code quality and performance.
• Develop and integrate robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and modern architectural practices.
• Translate business requirements and user stories into technical solutions with clear architecture and workflows.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Take ownership of assigned project modules, define tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior developers, and promote best development practices.
• Work with RESTful APIs, relational & NoSQL databases, and integrate third-party services securely and efficiently.
• Ensure robust application security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications with minimal supervision.
• Stay updated with evolving technologies and proactively bring improvements to the system.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with a solid understanding of full-stack architecture.
• Expertise in Angular (latest versions), RxJS, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS.
• Strong backend knowledge in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.
• Proven experience with REST APIs, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, etc.).
• Good exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, and containerization using Docker & Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an added advantage.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, requirement understanding, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in the marine industry will be considered a plus.
• Team coordination and task assignment experience is essential.
• Should be confident in handling client communications, requirement analysis, and technical documentation.
